The Chip of Baking is a light poetic form intended to teach a moral lesson concerning festivals which grew out of the performances of The Ace Ticks. The form guides poets during improvised performances. The poem is three quatrains. Use of assonance is characteristic of the form. The rhyme scheme of the poem is AA11, where numbers indicate a refrain.
