The Fisher of Mushrooms

The Fisher of Mushrooms is a poetic form concerning family, originating in The Bright Lies. The form guides poets during improvised performances. The poem is divided into six quatrains and another seven quatrains. Each line has nine syllables.

• The first part is intended to make an assertion. The rhyme scheme within each stanza is 1aab, where numbers indicate a refrain.
• The second part is intended to undercut the previous assertion. The rhyme scheme within each stanza is 1abb.
