The Vegetation of Pelts is a dramatic poetic form intended to describe Zepave Fishweather originally devised by the elf Amala Sprayearthen. The rules of the form are applied by poets to produce individual poems which can be recited. The poem is a single quintain. Each line has nine syllables. The fifth line of the quintain shares the underlying meaning of the third line. The fifth line of the quintain is required to maintain the phrasing of the third line.
