The Sepia Hawk

The Sepia Hawk is a poetic narrative intended to teach a moral lesson concerning Iden Mintsplashes which grew out of the performances of The Monsters of Telling. The rules of the form are applied by poets to produce individual poems which can be recited. The poem is a single line. Use of metaphor is characteristic of the form. The poem has four feet with a tone pattern of uneven-even.
